Common problem & Solve

1	Not clean	increasing temperature, extend cleaning time
2	putty adheres after cleaning	Ultrasonic water cleaning 1 to 2 min;wipe it with glove
3	get yellow after dry	after remove welding spot use water cleaning. Then use 803 solution rust proof

Noted

1. Temperature higher can remover welding spot faster. But the metal corrosion became strong.

2. 201,202 stainless welding spot also can remove. But will make the metal became matte white.

3. It is harmful to gloss mirror accessories

Cleaning pure aluminum and aluminum product will make them matte white. Not requested about outlook and want to remove the oxide layer of pure aluminum and aluminum products can 20% concentration. It can cleaning remove fast.

Not suitable for ultrasonic cleaning. It is strong corrosion to steel

Application
